Service Overview:

Our fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and social media marketing agency (“the Agency”) provide strategic marketing consulting and social media management services to clients seeking to enhance their marketing ROI and online presence and overall marketing effectiveness.

Engagement Process:

Upon agreement between the client and the Agency, a detailed proposal or statement of work (SOW) will be provided outlining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the marketing services. The client is required to review and approve the proposal before the commencement of services.

Timeline and Milestones:

The timeline for delivery and specific milestones will be outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or SOW. The Agency will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the proposed timeline, but factors such as client responsiveness, external market conditions, and unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery schedule.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, information, and access to necessary resources as outlined in the proposal. Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery schedule, and the Agency will not be held responsible for such delays.

Quality Assurance:

The Agency is committed to delivering high-quality marketing services. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback during the project to ensure alignment with expectations. Any concerns or issues regarding the delivered services should be communicated promptly to the Agency.

Modification and Scope Changes:

Changes to the scope of work or modifications to the original proposal may impact the delivery timeline. Both parties will discuss and agree upon any modifications, and additional fees may apply for expanded services beyond the initial scope.

Completion and Acceptance:

Upon completion of the agreed-upon services, the client will be provided an opportunity to review the deliverables. The client has a specified period, as outlined in the proposal, to communicate any necessary revisions or concerns. Once accepted by the client, the services are considered delivered.

Confidentiality:

All client information, including business strategies, marketing plans, and other proprietary data, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The Agency will not disclose such information to third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

19. **Return Policy**

Clients may request to cancel professional services within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] from the date the service agreement is signed or before the commencement of services, whichever occurs later.

20. **Cancellation Policy**

To initiate a cancellation, clients must submit a written request to our customer support team, clearly stating the intention to cancel the services. The request should include relevant details such as the client’s name, project details, and reason for cancellation. Depending on the stage of the project and the resources allocated, a cancellation fee may be applicable. This fee will be communicated to the client upon the receipt of the cancellation request and will cover any costs incurred up to that point.
